Please note the following terms and conditions you accept when ordering from us:

1. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors. We have done our best to ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Errors and omissions occasionally occur and are subject to correction. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

2. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

3. Damaged shipments from handling or missing cartons must be claimed with the freight carrier.

4. Products that appear to have a manufacturers defect can be handled by calling our Customer Services at for instructions. Do not return items to us without calling for a "Return Authorization Number". No packages will be accepted without the "RAN" clearly written on the box.

When a return is authorized by our Return Department:

1. Return the item to the address given to you by our Return Department.

2. Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.

3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. postal Service or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our Return Department.

We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment you used to make your purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receipt of your return. Please note that we can refund shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error.

Our legal department requires us to inform you of the rules before you order.
